How to Provide Your Responses
You can respond in either of the following ways:
Option 1 – Write Your Answers in the Email
Answer each question (listed below) directly in the body of your Email. Be clear and organized in your formatting.
Option 2 – Download & Complete the Excel Form (Optional)
If you prefer a structured format, you may use the Excel response form. Complete it and attach it to your Email.

Questions to Answer Before Requesting a Meeting
1. About Your Company
- Company name, country of registration, and official website
- Main business focus and product/service portfolio
- Why you chosen DEISO as a potential partner
2. About the Proposed Partnership
- Type of product or service (e.g., training, platform, physical product, consulting)
- Clear description of the offering and its intended purpose
- What makes your offering unique (USP)
- Current development stage (idea / prototype / market-ready / in use / scaling)
- Proposed timeline and duration
3. Value & Expectations
- What do you hope to achieve from this partnership
- How your company will benefit
- How DEISO will benefit (strategic, technical, branding, or commercial)
- Will DEISO be granted exclusivity in Japan or a specific region?
- What outcomes would define a successful collaboration?
4. Legal and Confidentiality
- Do you require a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) after the first meeting?
- What is your preferred NDA validity period (e.g., 1, 2, or 3 years)?
- Are you prepared to sign a formal Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) if both sides agree?

Meetings must be virtual and will be scheduled for 60 minutes
Face-to-face meetings are not accepted at the first stage
