Should my PCF be cradle-to-gate or cradle-to-grave?
A cradle-to-gate (partial) PCF covers emissions up to the factory gate and is what most business customers request for their Scope 3 accounting. A cradle-to-grave (full) PCF adds distribution, use and end of life, and suits consumer products and full life cycle claims. DEISO sets the boundary to your goal and customers' requirements.

A PCF assesses one impact category, climate change, while a full DEISO LCA assesses more than 10 impact categories and adds uncertainty, parameter and scenario analysis tailored to your decisions.
How long does a PCF take?
A PCF screening typically takes 2 to 4 weeks, a single-product PCF 6 to 10 weeks, a multiple-product PCF 2 to 4 months and a PCF programme 3 to 5 months, counted from receipt of complete project data.
