Role Description
This is a part-time, In office/hybrid/Remote “Personal Assistant to CEO” role located in Saitama with some flexibility for remote work. As Personal Assistant to CEO, you will work closely with the CEO and other executives to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly, mainly the Japanese-based tasks. This includes filling out and submitting Japanese paperwork, data entry of our online platform for accounting (in Japanese), scheduling meetings, managing communications, arranging travel, and organizing events, among other duties, answering phone calls and faxes, and sending faxes, all in Japanese as well Japanese-English and English-Japanese translation.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role is preferable.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools

Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Eyes on details.
