At this stage, my work is centered on the design and implementation of integrated sustainability systems, with a strong focus on Scope 1–3 GHG accounting, ESG reporting alignment (CSRD-ready), and supplier engagement frameworks for Scope 3 data collection and validation across multiple regions. In parallel, we are also exploring how to incorporate product-level and lifecycle-based approaches, including LCA, EPD development, and Social LCA (S-LCA), into our broader sustainability strategy — particularly where these can support decision-making, product positioning, and compliance with evolving regulatory expectations. A key challenge we are facing is the integration of these technical methodologies into operational systems, especially: - aligning GHG data workflows within ESG platforms - ensuring data quality, traceability, and audit readiness - managing supplier data gaps and proxy modelling approaches - and linking environmental and social performance into circular economy initiatives and product lifecycle strategies Additionally, we are assessing how capacity building in circular economy principles and lifecycle thinking can be embedded internally — not as standalone training, but as part of a broader implementation model that strengthens internal capability while maintaining technical rigor and consistency. Given this context, I am particularly interested in understanding: - how DEISO supports clients in integrating advanced technical methods (LCA, S-LCA, PCF, EPD) into applied consulting and real-world system implementation - how data validation, modelling, and pre-submission audit approaches are used to strengthen outputs before disclosure or verification - and how sustainability intelligence systems or AI-driven approaches are used to connect data, analysis, and decision-making in a continuous way Rather than a high-level overview, I would prefer to focus on practical execution pathways and implementation models, and where there may be alignment with how we are structuring our sustainability and carbon management systems.
