Our Approach to Quotations: RFQ Policy

We want to clarify our approach to quotations to ensure we dedicate our resources effectively and provide the best possible service to our clients. We focus on building strong partnerships with clients who value our quality, expertise, and tailored solutions.
Therefore, please kindly refrain from submitting a quotation request solely to compare prices with other suppliers for the below key points:

- Tailored Solutions: We design solutions that address your unique challenges and objectives.

Why We do not provide such kind of quotations:
- We consider collecting quotations from various providers/suppliers (for training offerings/projects/services/products) as an act of “Hidden” Bidding. Actually, “Unfair Bidding,” from our business experience, usually focuses on the lowest prices, neglecting factors such as the quality of training, service, or product, the team behind the service, project implementation, or the expert behind the training from the point of expertise, education, knowledge, and experience as well as the company reputation.
- We consider #1 above as “forced” participation in “hidden” and untransparent bidding, which does not align with our professional working approach.
- If we want to participate in bidding, we do it with our existing clients based on our interest or an invitation received by our client to participate in a bidding event on THIEROFFTIAL BIDDING PLATFORM. We evaluate the bidding and decide whether to participate or not. We don’t want to be forced into “Hidden” bidding or Unfair quotation comparisons.
- Transparency: We consider requesting a quote to compare pricing with other providers/suppliers as an untransparent act. One of DEISO’s key values is transparency.
- This type of quotation request consumes our resources, including time, email communications, customer explanations, quotation generation, and approval from the department in charge. We are happy to do that for clients who value our services and want to consider us genuinely.
- We accept that quotations in our approach are not accepted due to price, limited budget, or other reasons. However, we do not accept them because they are compared to another supplier that offers a lower price, neglecting the factors explained above.
- DEISO considers this type of Request for Quotation as untransparent and unfair.
- We want to use our time, resources, and energy effectively and dedicate them to the sustainability journeys of the right clients.
