Our hours have been changed from “9 am – 5 pm” to “9 am – 5:30 pm”—Japan Standard Time (JST), Monday through Friday (except national holidays).

A gentle reminder: We still offer the training on Saturdays and Sundays for our clients outside Japan who take remote training services. However, we would like to remind our clients that we do not respond to questions via email or phone on Saturdays and Sundays. If the request is urgent, please indicate “Urgent” or a similar phrase in the subject line of your email.
