Our AI tools such as EcoIN Data AI, CFs Finder AI, Sansu AI, and Kensa AI are shaping the future of environmental data processing and sustainability intelligence.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our international team. This role is ideal for someone who is technically strong, mission-driven, and passionate about using AI to build impactful, scalable sustainability solutions.


🧠 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine AI-driven platforms and chatbots for environmental applications (LCA, EPD, GHG, etc.).

  • Engineer and deploy LLM-based solutions (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) using no-code/low-code tools and APIs.

  • Collaborate with DEISO’s sustainability and research teams to automate LCI/LCIA data extraction, characterization factor mapping, and EPD verification logic.

  • Support development of DEISO’s AI-based training, exam, and certification platforms.

  • Ensure prompt quality, model reliability, and structured data outputs.

  • Participate in testing, iteration, and continuous AI performance improvements.


🛠️ Required Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrated experience with LLM integration (e.g., OpenAI, prompt engineering, API chaining).

  • Familiarity with no-code platforms (Pickaxe AI, CustomGPT) or backend integration via APIs.

  • Ability to structure logic flows, format AI responses (Markdown, JSON), and handle structured data.

  • Understanding of LCA concepts, environmental databases, or ISO sustainability standards is a plus.

  • Strong written and verbal communication in English.


🎓 Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, Environmental Informatics, or related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in AI engineering or sustainability-tech.

  • Knowledge of ISO 14025, ISO 14040/44, and EN 15804 is highly desirable.

  • 💬 Japanese is highly preferable. Additional languages (e.g., Arabic) are a plus.
