En esta etapa, mi trabajo se centra en el diseño y la implementación de sistemas integrados de sostenibilidad, with a strong focus on Scope 1–3 Contabilidad de GHG, ESG reporting alignment (CSRD-ready), and supplier engagement frameworks for Alcance 3 data collection and validation across multiple regions. In parallel, we are also exploring how to incorporate product-level and life cycle-based approaches, including ACV, EPD desarrollo y el análisis social ACV (ACV social), into our broader sustainability strategy — particularly where these can support decision-making, product positioning, and regulatory alignment with evolving expectations. A key challenge we are facing is the integration of these technical methodologies into operational systems, especially: aligning GHG data workflows within ESG platforms; keeping data quality, traceability, and review readiness; managing lagunas en los datos de proveedores y enfoques de modelización mediante datos proxy; e integrar el desempeño ambiental y social en economía circular initiatives and product life cycle strategies.
