Refund Policy

Refund Policy

1: This page describes our refund policy for the services and products offered/developed by DEISO LLC and the third-party companies resold by DEISO

2: For products developed by DEISO LLC, such as software packages and tools, we offer free 14 to 30 trial periods depending on the product. However, if a product is ordered, it's considered a final purchase in which no refund can be issued.

3: In the case software is purchased from DEISO LLC and is developed by a third-party company in which DEISO LLC operates for such software orders as a reseller, refund policy for each third-party company applies but not the DEISO's refund policy. The same applies to any services resold by DEISO for the third-party companies as a reseller. Please check the refund policy of each third-party company for the product you wish to place an order for.

 
4: All of our training programs are non-refundable, including remote (online), inside Japan (inhouse), and in-site inside Japan at the client's physical location.

 
5: All our consultation services, including the "Per Hour Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) Consultation", are non-refundable.
