Company
DEISO LLC
DEISO is seeking a senior-level professional to support the technical audit, execution review, compliance readiness, and pre-submission quality strengthening of sustainability work delivered under real project conditions. This role is designed for applicants who can assess technical outputs with rigor, identify risks before submission, and strengthen the execution quality of work intended for external review, internal decision-making, or compliance-aligned delivery.
Job Overview
This role contributes directly to DEISO’s position as an execution company focused on technically robust delivery, independent expert review, and execution-oriented compliance readiness support. The position is not framed as generic consulting, general advisory work, or certification activity. Instead, it is centered on structured technical audit, pre-submission assessment, methodological consistency review, and the strengthening of execution quality before external use, disclosure, or verification-related processes.
The selected professional will help assess whether technical sustainability outputs are sufficiently organized, internally coherent, reviewable, and ready for responsible downstream use. This includes identifying execution risks, technical weaknesses, data limitations, methodological inconsistencies, and compliance-related gaps that may affect delivery quality or readiness.
Through this work, the role supports how DEISO executes complex sustainability projects, improves technical robustness, and reinforces the professional discipline required for high-quality execution and review under enterprise conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform structured technical audit and expert review of sustainability outputs to strengthen execution quality, consistency, and readiness.
- Identify methodological issues, data gaps, internal inconsistencies, and technical weaknesses that may affect pre-submission readiness or downstream execution confidence.
- Assess whether completed work is organized and documented in a way that supports reviewability, traceability, and professional execution standards.
- Contribute to pre-submission compliance readiness reviews intended to improve the quality of technical outputs before external assessment or client-facing delivery.
- Prepare clear findings, structured audit observations, and expert recommendations that help improve execution robustness and reduce avoidable technical risk.
- Support the development of review logic and technical audit approaches aligned with DEISO’s execution-led model and professional delivery environment.
- Work closely with technical experts to strengthen the execution pathway from completed analysis to review-ready, decision-ready, and professionally delivered outputs.
Candidate Requirements
- A strong professional background in technical audit, independent review, compliance readiness support, sustainability quality assurance, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated ability to assess technical outputs critically and improve their suitability for structured execution, review, and professional delivery.
- Strong judgment in identifying methodological inconsistencies, data integrity concerns, technical weaknesses, and execution-related risks.
- Ability to work within an expert-led environment where high-quality execution, structured review, and disciplined technical delivery are central.
- Business-level Japanese language capability is required across oral, written, and speaking communication.
- High standard of professional writing, analytical clarity, and evidence-based communication.
- Ability to operate with precision, maturity, and discretion in a company serving global clients through technical execution and expert-led review.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in technical review, audit-readiness support, pre-submission assessment, quality control, or structured expert evaluation of sustainability-related outputs.
- Ability to convert technical observations into clear and professionally usable findings that improve execution confidence and delivery quality.
- Strong understanding of how technical documentation, review logic, and methodological discipline influence enterprise-level execution.
- Comfort working across expert, technical, and client-facing contexts while preserving neutrality, rigor, and clarity.
- Experience contributing to environments where audit insight improves technical robustness, risk visibility, and execution readiness.
Why This Role Matters at DEISO
DEISO supports clients through execution, technical strengthening, and structured review—not through generic advisory messaging alone. This role therefore plays an important part in reinforcing DEISO’s ability to examine technical work carefully, improve its readiness, and help ensure that execution outputs are more robust before external or internal use.
In this sense, the position supports DEISO’s identity as an execution company that values audit discipline, technical accountability, methodological clarity, and execution-ready delivery. The role helps protect delivery quality while strengthening the trustworthiness and professional readiness of sustainability outputs.
