Enterprise Capacity Building in Circular Economy: Professional Training Program and Courses Delivered for Saudi Aramco in Tokyo
DEISO supported Saudi Aramco through a targeted enterprise capacity building engagement delivered via a professional circular economy training program and courses on May 31, 2024, held onsite at DEISO’s Tokyo office.
The training program and courses focused on strengthening internal capability in circular economy principles and equipping participants with the knowledge and tools required to drive resource efficiency and system-level sustainability transformation within their organization.
Designed for industry professionals, the program explored the transition from a traditional linear “take–make–dispose” model toward a closed-loop system that prioritizes resource optimization, waste reduction, and long-term environmental performance.
Beyond conceptual understanding, the engagement emphasized practical implementation capability, enabling participants to interpret circular economy strategies and integrate them into operational and decision-making frameworks.
Through this capacity-building approach, DEISO supports organizations in developing the internal expertise required to implement sustainable practices effectively, strengthening both environmental performance and long-term business resilience.
