Key responsibilities

• Design and improve sustainability-related digital structures that support execution, validation, review, and client-facing work.
• Translate complex technical outputs into clear, usable, decision-ready environments that strengthen execution quality and reduce interpretive friction.
• Support the architecture of structured analysis systems that organize outputs for enterprise use, follow-up action, and execution visibility.
• Contribute to the design of digital layers that turn completed technical work into actionable material for clients.
• Work closely with expert-led workflows so system architecture reflects real execution conditions rather than theoretical platform concepts.
• Help define how execution data, technical findings, review outputs, and structured insights are organized into secure, professionally presented environments.
• Strengthen the internal logic and usability of the systems behind DEISO’s execution model.

Candidate requirements

• A strong professional background in systems design, digital architecture, technical data structuring, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated ability to build or improve organized digital structures that support real execution, not only conceptual analysis.
• Strong understanding of how technical outputs must be structured for usability, traceability, reviewability, and decision support in enterprise settings.
• Ability to work within an expert-led organization focused on quality, technical strength, and execution-oriented system design.
• Business-level Japanese language capability is required across written, oral, and spoken communication.
• High level of professional writing ability, analytical clarity, and disciplined communication.
• Ability to operate with maturity, discretion, structure, and precision in a professional environment serving global clients.
